Hemp-Fu Affection Cigars

"Hemp-fu cigars of affection" is a recipe created with the new N&B product by chef Francesco Basco during the show cooking of the "N&B in Cucina" project.

Ingredients:

Affection of Hemp-fu
Natural tofu
Vegetable cream
salt
Pepper
Chopped rocket

Method

Prepare the cream filling by mixing the tofu, cream, salt, pepper and the chopped rocket.
Mix the mixture well and put it in a sai a poche.
let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
lay out the slices of Affection of Hemp-fu on a cutting board and insert the mixture with a piping bag, arranging it at the beginning of the slice and as long as the latter.
Roll the slice of Hemp-Fu Affetto into a cigar-like shape.
Serve cold.
