"Hemp-fu cigars of affection" is a recipe created with the new N&B product by chef Francesco Basco during the show cooking of the "N&B in Cucina" project.
Ingredients:
- Affection of Hemp-fu
- Natural tofu
- Vegetable cream
- salt
- Pepper
- Chopped rocket
Method
- Prepare the cream filling by mixing the tofu, cream, salt, pepper and the chopped rocket.
- Mix the mixture well and put it in a sai a poche.
- let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
- lay out the slices of Affection of Hemp-fu on a cutting board and insert the mixture with a piping bag, arranging it at the beginning of the slice and as long as the latter.
- Roll the slice of Hemp-Fu Affetto into a cigar-like shape.
- Serve cold.
