Normal lasagna

"Lasagna alla norma", is a recipe created by chef Francesco Basco during the show cooking of the "N&B in Cucina" project.

béchamel :

  • 50g Flour
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g soy milk
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 5 g salt


  • Heat the flour and oil in a non-stick saucepan for a few minutes.
  • Pour in the soy milk and mix with a whisk avoiding the formation of lumps.
  • Continue like this until the mixture comes to a light boil, lowering the flame, mix until the béchamel is creamy.
  • Season with nutmeg and salt.

Let's prepare

At this point, create layers by placing the tofu leaves, béchamel, aubergines and finally the meat sauce until the whole pan is filled.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes and serve.
