Tempeh (lupini beans)


This is the first Italian Tempeh made from lupini beans, apple cider vinegar and mycelium Rhizopus Oligosporus for the fermentation. Lupini benas are legumes rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and they are naturally gluten-free. They are known as an important source of vegetable protein and because of their high fiber content they can help the elimination of toxins.


  • 98% Italian organic lupini beans
  • Fermentation mycelium (Rhizopus oligosporus)
  • Apple cider vinegar

Cut into cubes and use to enrich or salads. This tempeh is also excellent when grilled or cut into chunks and sautéed in a pan.
