Scrambled Hemp-Fu is one of the three recipes proposed by chef Francesco Basco during the show cooking of the “N&B in Cucina” project dedicated to Hemp-Fu.
Ingredients :
- 1 block of Hemp-Fu
- 1 onion
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Evo oil to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Black olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Kala Namak salt to taste
- pepper as needed
- chili pepper to taste
- 2 slices of bread
Method
- Crumble the Hemp-Fu with a fork.
- Fry the onion in extra virgin olive oil together with the sliced olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the Kala Namak salt, pepper, turmeric and chilli to the previously crumbled Hemp-Fu. Cook the Hemp-Fu for a few minutes together with the olives and cherry tomatoes, also adding the zest of a lemon.
- Serve on a slice of warm crusty bread.
